Emptying properties of all goods! Learnt absolutely nothing! Management is awful! Spend half the time ringing for your own jobs if you can get through! When you need stuff from Stores again got to be accepted by a supervisor if there on site an half the time again you either cant get through or they tell you to ring somebody else! Send you on training courses that half the time are irrelevant to what you do but when you deal with properties with drug users in and your not sharps trained i phoned the manager and he said he'd sort it an 6 weeks down the line still nothing! Get sent into properties we're bodily fluids are still present but yet nobody seems to know when you ring up and refuse it! Health an Safety shocking! Everything falls on death ears i this role so id stay well away! Advertises Bonus schemes! Which you dont get! An attendance bonus after 6 months all trades moan about it! Job advertises you must drive yet 3 people don't! Job descriptions hardly ever get put on the pda so you spend time ringing up checking again if you can get through! They changed all the teams and didn't tell us an then when I left sent a text out to invite everybody to a meeting the following Monday! Shock! An then one supervisor said whilst I had a discussion I see now why we go through so many staff because the communication is absolutely diabolical. A group of blind an death people together could communicate better then these lot! Avoid at all costs because some of the states of the properties you go into an for what 13.70 an hour to make the above Management look good and your not even valued nobody even rang me when I handed my notice to say like what's up can we change out to make you stay what's the problem.
