Great product but horrible company to work for, poor leadership - Director KX Employee Review

Pros

Great product, has huge potential. Employees at the lower levels are amazing, passionate, and hard working. Do think this was a great company back in the day, but over the last two years it has all but collapsed into being a non-stop disaster.

Cons

Leadership are directionless, no vision. They are not even pretending to care about people at this point. Benefits are some of the worst I have seen in London. Constant redundancies, office is falling apart with no investment in it. Constant merges and acquisitions with zero planning or foresight. Employees are worked down to the bone by leadership who have no clue what is happening in their actual teams.

Pros

This relates to the NY office. -The pay and benefits were fine, had Aetna insurance (not 100% paid by the company). -Was hybrid, only in office 2-3 days per week. -Decent work/life balance. Not many times had to do work out of standard work hours.

Cons

-If you're not also upper management, then upper management has no real desire to hear your opinion or input. -prefer "yes-men" over honest opinions led to "bullying by exclusion", meaning purposefully left out of major planning meetings that should have been a part of. was personally a victim of this and have been told by others it happened to them.
