Pros

Amazing, leading edge tech. Some great colleagues, genuinely nice people to work with.

Cons

An organisation that has lost its identity since Brian Conlon passed. A Senior Leadership Team that have no idea about leadership. An organisational structure and behaviours that makes even simple tasks difficult. People now manoeuvreing for position with senior management to curry favour, trust is eroding within teams.

Pros

This relates to the NY office. -The pay and benefits were fine, had Aetna insurance (not 100% paid by the company). -Was hybrid, only in office 2-3 days per week. -Decent work/life balance. Not many times had to do work out of standard work hours.

Cons

-If you're not also upper management, then upper management has no real desire to hear your opinion or input. -prefer "yes-men" over honest opinions led to "bullying by exclusion", meaning purposefully left out of major planning meetings that should have been a part of. was personally a victim of this and have been told by others it happened to them.
