      Pros

      Bleeding edge technology...free lunches delivered daily...fun atmosphere (bring your nerf gun)...games on site (both on the Ping-Pong table and in your head!).

      Cons

      If you're over 28 walk towards the door...over 30 trot...over 35 RUN! This is a death march of epic proportions with totally unrealistic expectations from upper management. 15 hour days are the norm...20 hours is not unexpected, or rather I should say it IS expected. Management plays HUGE favorites and one day you're a super star the next you're out the door. Can be a fun place day to day, but it wears on you over time...and not a LOT of time either.

      Great pay, good in office perks, very flashy display of wealth all over the office.

      Cons

      Management drama, chaotic time working with PPP customers and having to answer calls of crying customers that desperately needed funding mid pandemic.
