      Pros

      i enjoy all the training they give you; because there is so much too learn. Also as soon as you star working they rent to own any tools you need for the job.

      Cons

      They judge you based on your last job if you'll be able to handle the job or not; then your lead assign you jobs that don't pay as much. Next thing you know all your doing is hard labor work like replacing undergroung lines and lines from the pole which don't pay much.

      Pros

      It was a rough and dirty job if you're not used to crawling around in people's houses inside and/or out in any weather conditions.

      Cons

      Safety equipment wasn't issued similar to what Comcast/Spectrum employees had, i.e. ladder retention straps when attaching to a telephone pole, etc. to prevent ladder falls.
