      We are fully remote, but communicate daily with each other. The culture at Kadince is unmatched. Once you're in here you never want to leave :)

      There is a bit of a learning curve, but it's worth it.

      Pros

      Everyone at Kadince is so helpful and willing to jump in when I have a question. We all get along so well.

      Cons

      We work remotely, which usually works very well. I do miss seeing people in person, but we have an annual retreat where we all get together and build those connections.
