1. Work that they advertise is not real. Tons of outsourced 3d artist working 24*7 to create the 3d models instead of 'AI' 2. Using multiple third party apps to do the work but advertise everything as in house 3. While I dont mind working on weekends but the expectation is to work atleast 17-18 hours everyday including weekends 4. It has been mentioned by CEO that company will develop an in house image to 3d model but they have absolutely no plans for it. They dont even have data to even start doing it
