      Pros

      Caring line staff. Beautiful setting. Good pay and benefits. Meaningful and rewarding work.

      Cons

      One nurse in a senior financial leadership position has serious issues and casts a dark cloud over everyone. She handles minor clinical staff errors by yelling, name-calling, and being demeaning-I have seen her reduce front line staff to tears in meetings on a regular basis. Many great staff members have resigned because of her behaviors.

      The physical site, the staff, the administration -- everything!

      Regular salary, holidays off, nice campus

      Cons

      buildings are old, offices are spread out and not cohesive, not enough offices, staff are always stressed and unable to communicate effectively, patients are treated poorly due to staff immaturity.
