- didn't given enough time to complete task - first they give estimate to complete task and than they give another tasks in another project , at end of week if time less - to complete every tasks they assume that employee is slow in work. - they don't value employees , value only employees who speak english properly

Friendly Atmosphere 5 days working Flexible leave policy and office timings Understand your emergency and allow to leave earlier Seniors behavior is also good and very helpful for juniors lots of learning thigs Hike of increment is very positive as compared to other companies

Some time project management issues are here otherwise no other cons I noticed
