      Great team and wonderful team approach. Managment was always open to hearing staff and implement new ideas offered by staff.

      Pay wasn't the best, it is a non-profit organization so understandable in current times.

      Positive culture if you question and challenge nothing.

      Executive team is weak and afraid of the "mean girls." Logic, courage, and integrity are lacking for these individuals.
