      Pros

      I can't really name any pros besides being able to help the people that are currently "living" there.

      Cons

      It is very disorganized, I worked over ten hour days and was always asked to work on my days off. If you say no they treat you different. They like to find a person to stick the blame on when something goes wrong. It is never the person in charges fault.

      Pros

      Great team and wonderful team approach. Managment was always open to hearing staff and implement new ideas offered by staff.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't the best, it is a non-profit organization so understandable in current times.
