violated many policy's regarding human treatment. They step on people and tell you to close your mouth and do your job. If your manager does not like you he will manufacture a lie and get someone to file a false complaint. So you must be on your toes to prove them wrong. If you get this job your just asking for trouble.

Great culture, great management, first time I have had a job I didn't dread going into everyday.

Cons

Pay raises are not as consistent as you would hope. Have to fight for any pay raise.

Pros

For the most part this is a one stop shop in IT. So expect to be conducting duties outside Service Desk, which is great as there is a lot of things to learn.

Cons

Due to it being a onestop shop there are limited opportunities for growth within the company if any,. Be ready for management to say "Do Better" several times.
