There's no micromanagement on employees. The hierarchy is almost completely horizontal, with teams self-organizing as their members see fit. Working from home permanently is allowed, although perks are offered to those who choose to work in the office. There's a general emphasis on people, and in following true Agile principles. Employee feedback is welcomed.
