      Pros

      Best company I've worked for. The only reason I left; was I moved out of state. Friendly co-workers, great benefits and a fun place to work.

      I can't really think of any negatives.

      Pros

      Kajima is a great company to work for. They have a great environment and the people are easy to get along with. They have great benefits as well.

      Cons

      It is hard to move up within the company. The technology is a bit different, but they will get up to speed in time.
