My internship at Kalbe allowed me to work from home (WFH), from home (WFO), and even in a hybrid environment. Furthermore, it's a great place to learn because the mentors are excellent and always provide insight.

So far I haven't found any cons

High salary for fresh graduate

Not good for someone who needs work life balance
