Pros

Great work-life balance with a fully remote culture and flexible schedule. Smart, supportive and collaborative colleagues who are always willing to help. Employees are trusted to take ownership of their work and there are plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies while working on meaningful AI-driven products. Leadership is approachable and the company encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Transparency is top-notch, hustle culture is your thing, you will thrive here.

Cons

As with many fast-growing startups, priorities can change quickly, requiring employees to adapt. Some processes are still evolving and documentation can occasionally lag behind product development. Cross-functional coordination may require extra communication as teams continue to scale.

Pros

- Exceptionally smart colleagues who make you consistently challenge your way of thinking (in a good way). - Highly driven and committed leadership team with a lot of ambition for the business. - Strong company momentum, with impressive commercial growth. - Exciting place to be if you want to work in AI and be close to where a lot of change is happening. - If you like ownership and pace, there’s plenty of both. - Company offsites are genuinely fun and well organized.

Cons

No major concerns to highlight

Pros

Chill colleagues in the dev area, some of them with decent knowledge

Cons

Tech stack is below anyone's expectations and the company is too cheap to buy enough licenses for basic tools. The "Artificial Intelligence" is just a marketing stunt, the software is a series of 3rd party tools and in-house patches largely supported by a shady crowdsourced team of human reviewers. Bro culture among the C level and close group is unbearable, it's like high-school all over again.
