Incredible data, and the product is very valuable to customers. Founder vision is inspiring.
Cons
Founder/CEO is great at vision, smart, and well respected. But poor at operating a company. Over-reliant on one marketing tactic which no longer works. Hires experienced leaders but they leave quickly, leaving behind well-meaning but weak managers who don’t know much.
