Work here if you want to make under $22 for the rest of your career, and if you want to have to call the owner's cell personally in the morning if you are sick. I also experienced, literally in the same paragraph - that the company was too broke to give raises to anyone this year and that we better keep things afloat while he (the owner) is vacating in Italy in $500/night for a month. They also treat their tenants like garbage and wouldn't rent from them either. My manager (the sole HOA manager) was here over 5 years and was making $19/hr.
