Old-school management culture with a manager-first mindset. Employees who speak up, share suggestions, or raise concerns may face unnecessary pressure or harassment. Unreasonable late sitting is common without proper justification. Work distribution often appears biased, with additional work being shifted to or from favoured employees. This creates an unfair work environment, lowers employee morale, and discourages open communication and transparency.
