Its a dream job for anyone in the world! The challenging work and target oriented profile makes you deliver your bestest and go a double extra mile.
Cons
The dream is soon shattered when you get into the intricacies of the work culture. The accommodation given by the company is one of the benefits which is not so beneficial as there is a lot of illegal things that goes on! The Human resource dept should address the grievances of the employees and therefore also hire the good people. They should work and need to be friendly and non judgmental. Had the worst experience of my lifetime!
