Pros

They ar trying to image themselves as an IT organisation, hence compensation would be great.

Cons

1. No work life balance 2. Unrealistic work expectations, indirect expectations is to work round o clock. 3. No clear job responsibilities, one has to do switch on/off lights, AC, big screens under the name of collaboration. Real collaboration is nowhere in the roadmap. 3. Employees in IT department also treated as production worker 4. It hardly happened that manager will not call you on weekends 5. Friday is known for frustration Friday. 6. End users directly comes to desk and sit beside you to get their work done. 7. End users are production line managers, they treat IT employees like production worker and I have seen them using arrogant language 8. There is no leader, everyone consider themselves as boss. Two faces in IT department are scary, one is king and other is queen. 9. There is lot of lobbying and too much frustration. 10. There is no guarantee when, where and how manager will shout at you for any small reason. 11. Even employees from another department fear to visit incubation center 12. Folks in the supporting departments are old horses, reluctant, not ready to change and not supportive. 13. At one point manager show that she supports you, but very second moment she will become altogether a different personality and start scolding like a school teacher.

Pros

Great coworkers. HR was actually approachable. Always something to do, flexible hours, and personally I was not micromanaged and trusted to make decisions. I was very lucky to have a knowledgeable yet entertaining boss.

Cons

Upper management does micromanage and does not seem to be aware of what is truly important running a profitable business. A large language barrier that can make others feel out of the loop. Secrecy of information that needs to be communicated. Compensation did not match the workload. Business decisions were not planned, but rather changed on a daily basis. Not focused on long term.
