Pros

Motivated and smart colleagues. Average Pay

Cons

Most of the reviews here are written by themselves. You can validate this by seeing that all reviews approve 100% of the CEO.. so basically CEO/HR himself manage these reviews. Here are the cons... 1. Toxic work culture 2. Peanuts salary. No salary hikes by saying covid times and business is not running well 3. They fired some excellent employees just a few weeks before their 1 year completion so as to avoid paying bonus. 4. Forced work from office everyday. Attend office 9-5 and then attend meetings till late night. 5. Worst work life balance. They will force you to work 15 hours a day by saying "It's not a 9-5 job, and you need to manage your time and your work. The rest will be easy if you can manage your time", in their CTO's words. Feel free to join this company if you want your life to be screwed.

Pros

I’ve been with the company for six years, and throughout that time they have been nothing but good to me. The company truly values its employees and consistently makes sure that hard work and dedication are seen and rewarded. I feel appreciated and supported in my role. The CEO is also very understanding, always open to listening, and genuinely takes employee sentiments into consideration. This kind of leadership and culture is what makes the company a great place to grow and stay long-term.

Cons

The team is currently small, which means wearing multiple hats at times. While this can be challenging, it has also allowed me to learn a lot, gain broader exposure, and continuously develop new skills.

Pros

Because the company is perpetually a mess, junior employees get to learn many things by doing, where they wouldn’t have otherwise had the chance. Potential travel to cool places?

Cons

Senior leadership repeats the unhealthy habits that get us into unhealthy situations, so the company has been through many cycles of boom and bust. In the ‘boom’ it seems like everything will work out, and in the ‘bust’ we try to find someone to blame who left the company. The turnover rate is crazy high, especially for the experienced people, which tells you about all you need to know. I ignored the red flags or looked for the good for a long time, but if this company is ever going to succeed (not just make money), drastic changes will need to take place. And one particular senior leader is in no place to make these changes. If you’re interviewing here, beware. Pay attention to your gut if you notice something is off. Don’t be lured in by benefits or a vague vision of success unless you’re really confident the company has changed.
