Pros

Nothing pro, useless management. They don't respect employee. Funny part is they are giving themselves all these positive reviews here

Cons

The company is not modern although they claim AI tech products but the management seems to be very rigid. No hike, no bonus, hire-fire policy. BEWARE!

Pros

I’ve been with the company for six years, and throughout that time they have been nothing but good to me. The company truly values its employees and consistently makes sure that hard work and dedication are seen and rewarded. I feel appreciated and supported in my role. The CEO is also very understanding, always open to listening, and genuinely takes employee sentiments into consideration. This kind of leadership and culture is what makes the company a great place to grow and stay long-term.

Cons

The team is currently small, which means wearing multiple hats at times. While this can be challenging, it has also allowed me to learn a lot, gain broader exposure, and continuously develop new skills.

Pros

Because the company is perpetually a mess, junior employees get to learn many things by doing, where they wouldn’t have otherwise had the chance. Potential travel to cool places?

Cons

Senior leadership repeats the unhealthy habits that get us into unhealthy situations, so the company has been through many cycles of boom and bust. In the ‘boom’ it seems like everything will work out, and in the ‘bust’ we try to find someone to blame who left the company. The turnover rate is crazy high, especially for the experienced people, which tells you about all you need to know. I ignored the red flags or looked for the good for a long time, but if this company is ever going to succeed (not just make money), drastic changes will need to take place. And one particular senior leader is in no place to make these changes. If you’re interviewing here, beware. Pay attention to your gut if you notice something is off. Don’t be lured in by benefits or a vague vision of success unless you’re really confident the company has changed.
