      - Good place to learn and grow your technical skills (only if you get put in the right projects). For example if you're a FE-only developer, you might get the opportunity to grow your BE or database or devops skills. - Fully remote

      Cons

      - Most projects only consists of BA's/PM's and developers. No QA's, etc. So there's bound to be some people that take on double job descs. - As a full-stack engineer, the salary is very very low compared to other places.
