Pros
- Diverse, friendly team of Paid Media specialists who are highly competent in their field
- Commitment to hybrid working, with no requirement to be in the office X number of days/week
- Excellent culture of learning and collaboration; employees develop their Paid Media skills noticeably quickly and feedback is regularly provided on progress
- Highly approachable senior leadership team, who get to know employees personally, protect them from difficult clients and are invested in each individual's wellbeing & development.
- Positive work-life balance, with manageable workloads and no expectation of overtime (which can be the 'norm' at larger agencies)
- The no-nonsense approach which the company prides itself on means fewer unnecessary meetings / processes, the ability to share feedback openly, and no corporate BS
Cons
- Socials are excellent but more infrequent than at some agencies (likely to change as more people join the company)
- Current office is in a great location (Fleet Street), but basic
- Generally no option for flexi-time
- The pace of the role may seem higher than at a big agency, without large teams to manage accounts. Team chats are 'busier' and managers more attentive (although employees are not micro-managed). This is not really a pro or a con - simply a different way of working to larger agencies, where employees can be 'left to their own devices' more often.
