Always busy - Warehouse Associate Kaneh Employee Review

It's true. They did play favourites. I was there for over a year, perhaps I was somebody's favorite in management but I was unaware because I was doing me. I'm sure at this point anyone who reads this will find out who I am. The HR saved me so many times and risked her job for me. I'm so sorry guys I know I was the loser at work. I remember those that helped me out or asked if I was okay.

Well.. that's personal. The other guy who wrote the review was on a different world from mine, I had only two friends at Kaneh Company. I was picked on and bullied to an extent for being a dishwasher. I was also homeless and that didn't help. I felt safe when the HR was around but as soon she left, everyone in the kitchen would bully me in a passive aggressive manner One of the supervisors used to slam everything against the sink and literally throw the spray gun at the dishpit against the wall hard while I'm right there. In my face. I know she didn't like me. She scares me. Even now to this day

There are no "Pros" to working here.

They do not value any employee. Promotions are not open to all who are qualified. They play favourites. Will demote or terminate anyone for any reason even if they have to make up one.
