There were gaps in leadership communication and strategic clarity. At times, priorities shifted without clear guidance, which made execution challenging. In the IT and DX teams, we have very strong engineers, but there have been challenges with management and leadership, especially within IT. There has also been a lack of consistent leadership and structure.
