Pros

There are few areas where the company is adequate, the only positive is there are times you have a lot of down time.

Cons

The pay-scale for employees that work hard is deplorable. Management will get the promotions and pay raises while the people who work under them won’t even get a cost of living raise. Upper management lacks the ability to train and help employees. Cannot even direct employees on substantial matters that require their attention. With the inability to effectively communicate with their teams. It is not a team environment in any form or manner but, if you are part of the in-crowd which consist of under developed and poorly managed employees you will get the benefits. Not a place you can advance or progress in your career. If you need an entry level job you will be ok to go but anything else you shouldn’t consider working.

Pros

None. Literally none. Amazing that I cannot think of a single thing. I’m staying because the job market is awful otherwise I am out of here.

Cons

- carousel of management. Changing every several months - constant reorganization, hired for a role you want then moved to a role without input as a part of a reorganization - employees of set up to fail - management is suspect in their talent and ability to build a culture worth having - trying to “scale” products without a client first mentality - profits over people - legacy remote work allows people to skate by without actually doing work - history of hiring suspect CEOs because of nepotism - people get paid obscene amounts for doing little work. And if they do work, it is so awful.
