Pros

Working here was a genuinely positive experience. The inclusive work culture, fostered made me feel valued and encouraged. Their leadership style blends guidance with empowerment, providing ample opportunities for professional growth. The company's commitment to innovation and staying ahead of industry trends was evident in every project. What stood out most was the genuine concern for employees' well-being, with initiatives promoting work-life balance. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a supportive and fulfilling work environment, as my time there was both rewarding and memorable.

Cons

While my experience was predominantly positive, it's essential to note a few areas that could benefit from improvement. Communication channels, at times, could be streamlined for more clarity, and there was occasional room for enhanced cross-departmental collaboration. Additionally, the pace of decision-making, though generally efficient, might be optimized further. While these aspects didn't overshadow the overall positive work environment, addressing them could contribute to an even more seamless and productive experience for employees.

Pros

None. Literally none. Amazing that I cannot think of a single thing. I’m staying because the job market is awful otherwise I am out of here.

Cons

- carousel of management. Changing every several months - constant reorganization, hired for a role you want then moved to a role without input as a part of a reorganization - employees of set up to fail - management is suspect in their talent and ability to build a culture worth having - trying to “scale” products without a client first mentality - profits over people - legacy remote work allows people to skate by without actually doing work - history of hiring suspect CEOs because of nepotism - people get paid obscene amounts for doing little work. And if they do work, it is so awful.
