Pros

There are FEW researchers who are exceptionally good at their work, really like the work that they do but at a personal level the PERSON is extremally difficult to work with. When I say EXTREMELY - IT MEANS 4 TEAMS HAVE BEEN DISSOLVED UNDER THAT ONE PERSON. If you know Bangali then you'd be a very nice fit, rest they don't care much about.

Cons

A very toxic space, they play mind games. Work load is a loooot, they expect you to not have a personal life. Middle management and senior management is at best mediocre. Good people have left. I also feel that some of the practices followed are outdated and can be easily replaced by AI. The jobs will get redundant after a point of time, something KANTAR is not prepared for.

Pros

None. Literally none. Amazing that I cannot think of a single thing. I’m staying because the job market is awful otherwise I am out of here.

Cons

- carousel of management. Changing every several months - constant reorganization, hired for a role you want then moved to a role without input as a part of a reorganization - employees of set up to fail - management is suspect in their talent and ability to build a culture worth having - trying to “scale” products without a client first mentality - profits over people - legacy remote work allows people to skate by without actually doing work - history of hiring suspect CEOs because of nepotism - people get paid obscene amounts for doing little work. And if they do work, it is so awful.
