Pros

Good learning curve You get access to a lot of projects and clients quickly

Cons

Upper management does not know how to manage. High attrition = blame it on the industry. If they recieve negative Employee feedback = employees are just asking for more, need to lower expectation, should be grateful they have a job. Gaslighting, favoritism, intrusiveness into personal lives, lack of boundaries and work life balance. They clearly state if you seek WL balance, this is not the job for you. That is not a job for anyone then. Increment or bonus values - global numbers are down, or we are not doing well - same story each time; either way the employees need to hustle more even when they do that the entire year. Can't get leaves easily. They would rather hire a new employee on a hike than retain their own.

Pros

None. Literally none. Amazing that I cannot think of a single thing. I’m staying because the job market is awful otherwise I am out of here.

Cons

- carousel of management. Changing every several months - constant reorganization, hired for a role you want then moved to a role without input as a part of a reorganization - employees of set up to fail - management is suspect in their talent and ability to build a culture worth having - trying to “scale” products without a client first mentality - profits over people - legacy remote work allows people to skate by without actually doing work - history of hiring suspect CEOs because of nepotism - people get paid obscene amounts for doing little work. And if they do work, it is so awful.
