Pros

I worked in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where priorities could evolve over time. During my time there, I developed valuable business management skills that I continue to apply in my current role. I had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues and built strong professional relationships that I continue to value. It’s great to see people I worked with continuing to grow and succeed.

Cons

The pace and evolving nature of the work may particularly suit individuals who enjoy adaptable environments and are comfortable with change.

Pros

The merger has created a real sense of momentum here. We’re no longer thinking in terms of individual teams or regions — we’re operating as a truly global company with a unified strategy. Leadership is leaning into long‑term thinking, cross‑border collaboration, and building a stronger, more scalable business. It feels like we’re entering a new chapter with bigger opportunities and a clearer vision for where we’re headed.

Cons

Change can be disruptive, especially when it happens quickly. Even positive transformation creates uncertainty, shifting priorities, and temporary ambiguity around roles and processes. Not everyone adapts at the same pace, and the constant adjustment can feel exhausting without clear communication and steady leadership support. Leadership has been transparent.

Pros

Some good IC level coworkers remain since the merger

Cons

Watching Mavenlink decline into what is now Kantata has been the most disappointing experience of my professional career The mantra of "do more with less" has been pushed for a few years now. The workers who remain have inherited all the responsibilities of former employees who quit or were let go through constant layoffs There are only so many full-time jobs a single employee can do at once
