      Pros

      I had to do a 200 hour internship to finish my masters degree, being a car enthusiast I applied to this dealership. After a quick interview I was on board, the whole staff was very nice, very enthusiastic, and very helpful. I did my part by working on their social media sites such as facebook, twitter, and instagram. I had a blast and would recommend this to anyone that has a passion for cars.

      Cons

      I haven't seen anything that didn't appeal to me.

      Ownership cares about their staff. Personally felt valued here.

      Employee parking situation is pretty horrible. Not much that can be done about it, but it is what it is.

      your co-workers are nice and very easy to get along with

      owner does not care about her employees has vicious dogs that bite employees hard work means nothings it's all about who you know within the company will not turn heat on even if the temperatures are freezing favorites are picked by management and are given better opportunities
