      Pros

      Average benefits and offers good pay for employees. Depending on the department, there might be opportunities to advance up and increase earnings.

      Cons

      Doesn't seem to value employees, has become too corporate for a college or university setting. Communication is clearly a problem from top management on down and vice versa.
