Pros
Work life balance has greatly improved under the new structure with many employees working from home. If you are the type of person who can actively seek out work relationships with peers and managers this could be a good fit for you.
Cons
Upward mobility is extremely limited as down-sizing continues. Raises are few and far between. The structure makes it hard to feel as though you are working as part of a team.
