Wages and benefits-once you qualify-which can take nearly a year.
Cons
Typical ESl school that focuses on profit only. It's one of the better ESL schools in the GTA but if you do not mold to what Kaplan thinks is a good teacher then they'll let you go, without proper notification really. It is a uniion and you get the sense that the teachers have been there for a million years and don't want anything to change.
