The culture is open, collaborative and casual, and they have good systems in place for reviewing performance and promoting employees from within. Kaplan also offers company perks such as discounts or free test prep for employees and family, and really supports employees' goals to complete graduate or professional degrees.
Cons
The lack of investment in technology infrastructure is frustrating to employees who rely on CRM software to provide good sales and service to their students. Employees work really hard, especially in field offices, and they should be paid more money.
