Cons
The payment structure sucks. Throughout my 20 years of employment, I have never NOT known when is my payday. Lecturers will be paid 60% of their lecture fee within a month. Which day exactly? Well, nobody knows. The remaining 40% plus marking fees will be paid 2.5 months after the full submission of scores. The date exactly? Another mystery. It's really ridiculous! Besides, withholding 40% of the pay within a span of 4 months just doesn't make sense!
