Pros
intelligent coworkers, fun environment, business casual attire. great room for growth, career advancement. Kaplan really likes to promote from within, internal movement takes place relatively quickly. they have a flexible work schedule (relatively). depending on management, employees are allowed to come and go as they please within reasonable guidelines.
Cons
long hours, compensation is rather low. even with internal promotion, compensation frequently does not reflect the new position or title and does not take into account the exxtra duties and responsibilities that the emplyee assumes. Also hiring and budget freezes sometimes delays the entrace of much neded manpower. Unpaid lunch, paid breaks, the usual at any company.
