Pros
Great mentorship, tasks were varied enough to keep things interesting, and there was opportunity to get insight into other departments.
Cons
Working there was limiting. You were surrounded by people who had been there 10-15+ years, and there was little room to climb the ladder. The business opportunities had shrunk and lots of layoffs had happened, so the restructuring was done by people who didn't seem to know and understand the nuance of the departments they were decimating and the business impact. I left at just the right time, as I've heard responsibilities are more heaped on the heads of those who stayed behind.
