Anyone that knows me or this company knows that I do not lead anyone in the manner that you described. I have an open door policy for any employee - past, present, or future - to reach out to me at any time and for any reason to resolve issues. Contrary to your remarks, employees regularly tell me how much they enjoy working at Kaplan and we have personnel routinely seeking to return after their departures. We make no apology for working hard, working smart, and working with a solid ethical basis. Our employees meet this standard. Those that don't are typically asked to leave, which I believe you were. I am sorry that it didn't work out for you and wish you the best in all your future endeavors.
