I can't think of any downside to working here

Kaplan is filled to the brim with smart, creative people who want to do good. I never met a person there who I did not respect and learn from.

Company needs to invest in the back end - too many new initiatives and not enough taking out the trash [software and processes, not people] to make room for growth and change
