Paralyzed Company - Anonymous employee Kappes Miller Management Employee Review

Upper management seemingly has no clue what they are doing. Suggestions always fall on deaf ears, and the two people responsible for change only care about impressing the owner, rather than improving conditions at the company. No chance to really advance (owner will just push you out to bring someone in cheaper if you get to a certain salary level). Outdated ways of doing things. Profit is good, but maybe show some employee appreciation once in awhile.
