Pros
Private office is provided, mostly good coworkers, free and plentiful parking, free lunch once a month, free soft drinks and coffee.
Cons
Management does anything but manage. Bosses are constantly gone either out of town or at the other business that they bought out trying to convince them that they are in good hands. If a few more key employees leave the ship will sink because they don’t invest in their employees.
