However, this certification is generally provided because the company is a trusted elite ServiceNow partner, meaning the organization receives benefits that make certification sponsorship easier.

Cons

Based on my experience, the company hires candidates as interns but may terminate them based on monthly hackathon performance. Interns scoring below 75% can be removed from the program. The internship stipend is ₹6,000 per month, which is difficult to manage considering hostel accommodation near the company can cost around ₹8,000 per month. The internship period may also be extended by 2–3 months depending on business requirements. If an intern leaves before completing the internship agreement, a penalty of ₹1.5 lakh may apply. For full-time employees, there is a one-year service agreement, and leaving before completing the bond period may result in financial penalties. Employees are often kept on the bench due to a lack of project allocation. Work-from-home is generally not permitted until a project is assigned. Even when there is no active project work, employees may be required to learn new ServiceNow features and prepare documentation or knowledge-sharing sessions for the team. Candidates should carefully evaluate the compensation, bond conditions, project opportunities, and overall career growth before joining.
