      The work Culture is good and initial training is awesome!

      Salary is not upto mark. Continous training in Job is absent. bad management

      Pros

      Its just like a normal training institute. Seniors are good and supportive. But need to wait for years to get projects.

      Cons

      No proper Management. 5 Lacks bond for 5 yrs. Company polices keeps in changing without even informing to employees. Very Less pay :(
