      Pros

      Its just like a normal training institute. Seniors are good and supportive. But need to wait for years to get projects.

      Cons

      No proper Management. 5 Lacks bond for 5 yrs. Company polices keeps in changing without even informing to employees. Very Less pay :(

      - Amazing projects to work on - Junior engineers are supported to explore things in the project

      Cons

      - Management plays hide and seek with employee's salaries - Always at the mercy of the customer, which plays with the management
