Workplace is mainly Manipal which is an awesome place to live and one of the reasons why many stick around for long The work culture is decent and the employees share a good personal relationship in addition to professional relationship. In early years, the training given on basics was good and useful

Does not have professional way of doing things. Company turns hostile to outgoing employees, creating unnecessary problems so much that people might never want to come back. Non negotiable 3 month long notice period. It has been seen that they did not let go the employees before completion of notice period even if the employees were not on any project Unfair resignation terms like disallowing working with all its clients for 2 years. Disallowing to work in same domain until end of life!!
