Very disorganized. CEO and partner do not not have clinical backgrounds. During the interview process, they presented the company as technology based, but offered nothing new or advanced compared to the previous hospice I worked for. I was hired for a specific position and after a couple of months ended up doing an entirely different job. It took months for my expenses to be paid. My benefits did not go into effect when I was told they would. So many red flags here. I've been a nurse for over 20 years and have never had such an experience with a company.
