Pros

An organization cannot sustain long-term success by continuously losing experienced employees while ignoring concerns raised by its workforce. Strong institutions are built on merit, fairness, accountability, and competent leadership—not on favoritism, fear, or unquestioning compliance.

Cons

Have you ever seen a company terminate almost all the senior employees in the same department while retaining the newer ones, citing reasons such as high salaries and investor decisions? At the same time, there are close to a dozen employees who are drawing much higher salaries, yet they have not been removed. Most of them are of little value to the organization. Earlier, there was a strong leadership team, and the company was performing well. However, under the current leadership, the organization appears to be struggling, with employees being removed every month. Those who are close to the leadership and simply agree with everything they say are retained, while others are shown the door. People who are allegedly taking commissions in every transaction continue to work without any action being taken against them. Employees who misbehave with female colleagues are also still working in the organization, even though the management is aware of these issues.

Pros

Karadi Path has provided me with exceptional opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute beyond the boundaries of a conventional role. Over the years, I have been entrusted with responsibilities across multiple functions, including Operations, Social Impact program, Growth & Partnerships, Training & Impact, CSR handling and Learning Efficacy. This exposure has enabled me to develop a deep understanding of both the strategic and operational aspects of the organization while continuously expanding my skill set. The organization has created an environment where ownership is encouraged, ideas are valued, and learning is continuous. I have had the opportunity to lead and contribute to significant initiatives, including the setup and implementation of the SIP project, driving retention strategies, strengthening operational processes, and building systems that support scale and sustainability. Working with large and diverse teams across departments has enhanced my ability to collaborate, solve complex challenges, and deliver results in dynamic environments. I have been working with and leading diverse teams across functions. Beyond delivering organizational goals, I have always focused on creating opportunities for team members to learn, take ownership, and develop new skills. Through coaching, mentoring, collaborative problem-solving, and providing exposure to different aspects of the business, I have been able to support the professional growth of many colleagues. Seeing team members build confidence, expand their capabilities, and take on larger responsibilities has been one of the most rewarding outcomes of my role. One of the most enriching aspects of my journey has been the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and COO. Their vision, leadership, and commitment to impact have provided invaluable learning experiences that extend far beyond day-to-day responsibilities. Being part of strategic discussions, understanding the organization's growth journey, and observing how key decisions are made have helped shape my own leadership approach and broaden my perspective on business, education, and impact. The trust placed in me to take on new challenges and contribute across functions has made my journey at Karadi Path both professionally rewarding and personally fulfilling.

Cons

At times, inconsistent performance of individuals and team can impact team momentum and dilute the collective efforts of high-performing teams. Addressing such gaps clear actions will support the organization's long-term growth.
